Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Our mission is to reduce deaths from breast cancer by pushing new frontiers in early detection, treatments and support. We do this through raising awareness and education ; funding research, training of medical professionals, funding hospital special equipment ; supporting patients with a breast nurse helpline and a web based patient community network moderated by breast nurses ; We provide counselling and rehabilitation support. We also advocate to the government for world-class treatments and care for all New Zealanders with breast cancer.
