The purpose of the Trust is that the Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund upon Trust to pay or apply in New Zealand the income and capital of that fund in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions, as the Board may decide to establish, or make contributions for the establishment, acquisition, conduct, development, growth, maintenance, management, advancement and promotion of existing and future family units, houses and other accommodation.
Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
